Corned Beef Tacos


Ingredients:

Stone ground corn tortillas
Corned beef, cooked and chopped
Cilantro, chopped cabbage, and Cotija cheese to garnish

Cilantro Sour-Cream Sauce:
½ cup Sour cream
1 lime, juiced
1 cup cilantro

Assemble however you like!
